Ms. Andrea Mary Stephen, C.A., served as an Executive Vice President of Investments of the Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited from October 2002 to December 2011. Ms. Stephen served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Cadillac Fairview from May 2000 to October 2002, where she was responsible for developing and executing Cadillac Fairview’s investment strategy. Prior to joining Cadillac Fairview, Ms. Stephen served as Director, Real Estate with the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, the largest single-profession pension plan in Canada, from December 1999 to May 2000, as well as various Portfolio Manager positions from September 1995 to December 1999.
She has been a Director of the Macerich Company since January 3, 2013. She has been an Independent Trustee of Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust since May 15, 2012. She has been an Independent Director of First Capital Realty Inc. since January 09, 2012. Ms. Stephen served as a Director of Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A since April 2008. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). She served as Member of Global Advisory Committee on Timbercreek Global Real Estate Fund. Previously, she served as a member of the Investor Advisory Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Ms. Stephen holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from St. Francis Xavier University in 1986 and is a Chartered Accountant since 1990.
