Eyal is one of Israel’s top food engineering & technology experts, with vast academic and industrial experience. At Strauss – a leading international Food & Beverage company, and the largest food company in Israel, he is in charge of the technological strategy for the group.
Eyal is also a board member of the newly established FoodTech incubator by Strauss in Israel. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing innovative technologies with Alpha-Strauss, the Food Tech Community.
He has a broad international network and to date, he has published over 70 peer-reviewed scientific papers, book chapters, and patents. Eyal is graduated at the Technion University (BSc, MSc, DSc), and holds a post-doc of the University of Minnesota.
